When will I receive the license key?
In most cases, you will receive your license key within several minutes after placing the order. However, in some cases, additional processing time may be required.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes. Academic and Government customers are eligible for special pricing.
What does "number of sessions" mean?
It refers to the number of users who can use the product while connected to the same remote server at the same time (concurrently). This is typically used in Windows Server environments where multiple users log into the same server.
For single-user environments, a “Single user session” license should be used for each remote server.
Ordering and payment
PayPro Global, Inc. is an e-commerce payment provider that processes online orders for FabulaTech customers.
They process payments on our behalf and support multiple payment methods, including credit cards, wire transfers, PayPal, and other options, as well as various currencies.

How can I place a Purchase Order?
We accept Purchase Orders (POs) from companies only. There are two ways to place a PO:
1. Place a PO through PayPro Global (our e-commerce service provider).
When ordering online, select the “Purchase Order” payment method on the checkout page and follow the provided instructions.
2. Place a PO directly with FabulaTech.

I have an issue while purchasing online via PayPro Global. How to contact them?

I have a question about VAT, sales taxes or tax refund.
Depending on your billing location, value-added tax or other local sales taxes may be included in the order price. Taxes are processed automatically during the payment procedure after specifying your address.
In order to get TAX refund or avoid taxation, please consult with Customer Support for more information and provide additional documents upon their request.
Once your tax information is received, a refund will be issued for the taxes if the order meets the requirements for tax exemption.
Post-sales
I received the license key, but it does not work.
1. FabulaTech offers multiple software products. Please make sure that you are applying the license key to the correct product.
2. Please also ensure that the license key was copied and pasted completely,
including the --BEGIN-- and --END-- lines.
If you are still experiencing issues applying the license key, please make a screenshot showing the applied key and the error message, and send it to our support team.
Please send us information that will help us locate your license key, such as the order number, order date, email address used for purchase, your name and company name, the product name, and the number of licenses.
We will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.
I haven’t received the license key after payment.
First, please make sure to check your Spam or Junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there.
If you have your order number, please send it to us so we can locate your order and resend the license key.
If you do not have the order number, it is possible that we have not received your order in our system. In that case, please provide details that will help us identify it, such as the order date, email address used for purchase, product name, number of licenses, and payment method.
We will do our best to assist you as soon as possible.
What is your money-back policy?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the product before making a purchase.
After purchase, a 15-day refund period is available in certain cases. Refunds are granted only if a technical issue is reported and our support team is unable to resolve it.
